I visited flash nails a little over a week ago. I called before arriving and asked the price for my service. I was told it would be $50. The man who did my nails came straight over to me from a pedicure without washing his hands. After he finished my acrylic he stated that “the acrylic needs to dry” and that he would be back in just a minute. When he returned his hands smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. While filing my cuticles he cut me several times to the point I pulled my hand back and bleed, but he continued to do the same thing. Towards the end of my service he told me that he was an alcoholic and “can’t wait to get off of work to drink” which I personally find very unprofessional to say to a client. When he was finishing up my nails he finally makes me aware that this will be costing me $70. After asking him why he tells me for my length & shape (I knew my length could coast maybe about $5 extra but I got coffin shape nails) . I was very much over it at this point but when I put my card in to pay it forced me to chose a tip and I even tried to x off of it but the only thing I could do was choose a percentage to tip. In the end I paid $80 for nails that looked pretty good but ended up all breaking down to my real nail length in this past week.

Only had nails on for three days and two have already come off. Note they popped off very easy. I was scratching my leg and one just flicked off and was licking my son up and somehow the other one just popped to. So I wouldn’t recommend this place for nails. Acrylic nails

I went to get the pink and white French acrylic nails. Plus I needed my toenail polish changed to the pink and white. They did not know what they were doing. This is the worst my nails I’ve ever looked. They kept wanting to dip my nails because they could not do acrylic. It took them forever to finish I was probably in there for 3 hours.

Upon arrival I was met by the nicest team of ladies I have experienced meeting a seemingly regular guy walk into their salon. Everything was clean and organized and incredibly welcoming. I explained what I was looking for and Emmah jumped right in. I immediately felt accepted and felt no judgement the entire tine. It was truly amazing. I asked for a full set of acrylics with gel polish and some simple nail art. Emmah took notice of the bandage on my finger and let me know that she was taking extra care not to hurt me. She prepped my nails and applied nail tips, then trimmed them and even had to build up the thumb nails because my thumbs are too wide for her largest nail tip. Everything went super smooth and she even helpped me pick the perfect dark purple. The silver glitter nail art I chose pops perfecrly on this purple. I even asked her to matte two of the nails before the nail art and she accomodated my requests without any hesitation. Not only was her work amazing, but she is as well. Her own nails and makeup were stunning, and that has always been a good indicator for me that my nail tech would have the skills and attention to detail that I admire. My nails look amazing and I am beyond happy and excited to show them off to the world. Thank you, Emmah, for such a wonderful experience. You truly are amazing!

I went to have my nails taken off from a nail job I tried to do myself lol. But unfortunately due to chemical burns from a previous salon they said for me to heal and come back which I will do once I am healed but thanks to Samantha at flash nails I never would have know it was chemical burns. Thank you so much Samantha I hope to be back in and have dipped nails with tips done. Are at least have my feet done.
