I get my gel manicure every 3 weeks and am always pleased! A few times I have gotten a pedicure, along with my boyfriend, and we both absolutely love it! Critical: Quality, Valuei went here for a UV acrylic set 5 days ago and two of my nails have already fallen off, on top of that it is raising off my finger nails already, which is not supposed to happen for at least 2 weeks. On top of this, the prices were ridiculous and the women who did my nails almost seemed like she was struggling, and all i got were french tips. She filed my nails so heavily and harshly that multiple fingers started to bleed, she even saw them bleeding and continued to do it, that is not something I’ve ever experienced at another salon. Was going to call to have them fix my broken nails but i decided i don’t even want to return, it’s not worth it. i went here for a UV acrylic set 5 days ago and two of my nails have already fallen off, on top of that it is raising off my finger nails already, which is not supposed to happen for at least 2 weeks. On top of this, the prices were ridiculous and the women who did my nails almost seemed like she was struggling, and all i got were french tips. Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my mom yesterday for a gel manicure. The girl who did it (Melisa) didn’t listen to what my mom asked for and gave her something completely different, even though she stopped her several times before polishing her nails to correct her; yet she ignored her every time and just did what she wanted to do. I even interjected and she told me it was too late and that she already did her nails and if she didn’t like it she’d need to come back in two weeks to get what she wanted. I went over to the owner to explain what the girl did and how unsatisfactory the nails looked and the owner completely dismissed me and kept asking me “how much tip you gonna leave.” I was so annoyed I told her I was not tipping her. Simultaneously, I heard the lady who was getting her nails done behind me yelling at the lady who was doing her nails bc she cut them all off instead of asking her if she wanted them cut. Took my mom yesterday for a gel manicure. The girl who did it (Melisa) didn’t listen to what my mom asked for and gave her something completely different, even though she stopped her several times before polishing her nails to correct her; yet she ignored her every time and just did what she wanted to do.
