Really disappointed in this business. Service is terrible when you actually need service. Beds are broken regularly. Today, I called to get a specific bed that I love and there’s only 1. They said no one’s here no problem come on in (I was running very short on time). I arrive exactly when I said I would my desired bed was in use and had 8 minutes still remaining. The replacement I’m okay with was broken. So I asked them to upgrade me to the available bed (level 4) which were both open, and given the situation (level 4 is not in budget for me, I can afford level 3). They refused said I could only do level 2, which I’ve tried before and really don’t care for. Complete waste of my time. They could have called me back after I got off the phone with them and saved me a trip. But they didn’t, and their stand up (replacement to the level 3) was broken. They did nothing for me. I’ve been coming about 2 years. Done. If you never have any issues or needs it’s perfectly good, clean place. But if you do have a need (like being a single parent running on short time) don’t count on any service. It’s not the first time also. You g people working their need to learn how to be service associates. Any leadership?

I LOVE this place! All the staff are the best! After moving to the Dayton area in 2019, I tried a few tanning salons and seen no results yet, was paying top $. Flamingo is the best in the Dayton area! I have been a loyal customer ever since my 1st tan!

Needs to turn the central air up since its 95 in the rooms. Vandalia location has had this problem for several years now but it’s getting worse. For the monthly packet I pay for you shouldn’t have to complain to them every time you go in. Will find another place. Tanning

I visited the Miller Lane location as a new client looking for a beginner package…very friendly, informative staff member filled me in on the 4 tans for $4! Exactly what I was looking for and got immediate results in the level one bed! I’m so glad I found this place, I like it there!

Went in yesterday (Sunday) just to see what packages were available and pricing. The girl at the counter was beyond friendly, and let me know of their “4 tans for $4” special. Also, their samples of lotion are half off on Sunday’s. So for a level 3 bed with lotion, with 3 more tans left over cost me $8 and some change. Not to mention the girl working wasn’t just a rude teenager. She was very professional and the manager should be proud of her establishment!
