Nice salon and the staff are friendly. Didn’t get exact manicure that I wanted even though I brought in a picture. Nail tech reminded me that it was a hand model in the picture so things will not turn out the same. . My pedicure felt great and however I did leave my preferred nail color in the car and asked them to please go get it because it was on the seat of my car and my windows were rolled down but instead they had me pick one of their colors. The color turned out nice but rubs off easily. Oh well. I did leave a tip and my bill came to $110 with tip. Probably will not go back or recommend. Thank you.

I love Ann. She does such an amazing job on my nails every time I’m there. All the girls are friendly and professional. If you are wanting something more than just a simple manicure (acrylics, ombre nails, etc.) request Ann. Amy is sweet, Tina is funny and a sweetheart.

This place ruined my natural nails even though I explained it was important to me to retain them. They insisted on dip polish when I asked for gel and two weeks later my natural nails were broken, soft, and beyond repair. I expressed I was anxious about damaging my natural nails and they assured me there was no problem.

I live around the corner and wanted to try the Salon since it was so close, BIG MISTAKE, went in on Saturday evening for Gel French Polish Change. Did not have a manicure because I had had one at my salon a week ago. The Salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly very pushy for extra services, was talked into a neck and shoulder massage which essentially was a neck “RUB” nothing therapeutic. By Sunday morning, the Gel had begin peeling at the corners, being it was Christmas I did not get into the shop until Thursday, by that time, all the white from the French Manicure had peeled off and the base was off 4 of my finger nails. I went in and asked for a refund and the owner look at my nails and inspected them as if it were my nails that caused their product to peel off. I was denied a refund but they would gladly do another manicure at no charge. I believe they use old products and this is what caused them to peel, I heard Acetone in a conversation about the Gel product they were using which was thick and almost unusable. Just beware, this could be an isolated case of bad luck but I will never return.

Horrible place. They over charge and they give you change in large bills expecting a tip. They have no clue how to do acrylics either. Just go somewhere else. There are many places to choose from that are much much better.
