Ask for Dip powder and picked color. Lady said would be $5 more for this color. Ok so she continued and did not do dip powder and I assume it was gel not sure. Nails are bumpy and not polished correctly and I paid $55 for this terrible experience. I had not been there before and now know why it was not busy. Will not go back. Gel manicures

The worst manicure I have gotten. Cut the cuticles too much and I was bleeding in about 5 fingers. Very unclean and not hygienic. Will not recommend this place. Stay away! Manicure

I went there today for a fill and I had the worst experience ever. The lady who did my nails made me bleed, all of my nails look bumpy. I’ve never had a problem with my nails. But this was terrible. I’ve been to this salon before and had the best experience. But today it was the complete opposite. I didn’t even want to get a pedicure because she messed my nails up so bad. I’ve been hiding my nails in my pockets since I left.

To be fair I haven’t been here in sometime and unfortunately it was one of the dirtiest businesses I’ve seen. The place was empty except for myself, my daughter and one other woman. I had a pedicure. I also couldn’t understand what she was saying, maybe a few words here and there . There was so much visual huge dust balls under every chair! As if it never had a proper cleaning. Floors counter tops shelves all had different degree of dust layers. I most certainly would never return. Staff had the who cares attitude about clients being in there. The gal who did my pedicure went in the back after she painted my toes and she never came back.She didn’t even say if she was done or ask if I wanted to go put my feet under the heaters. Which also was a filthy station, even the area where you push the button on was gross. It had black dirty finger smudges all around. At that point I was sick to my stomach and prayed I wouldn’t get any infections. When we checked out we first had to wait for the staff to finish their gossiping story telling to each other. And the real kicker is, after giving us the total she says, you cannot leave a tip on a charge or debit card, all tips must be cash only! It was dirty enough that I am positive if the health department walked in there would most diffenetly be issues. That was ?mid January and no infections to date! I’ll add, when this location opened I was a frequent customer and it was very clean and busy. I never had problems. I moved and used the location at Todo Santos Park and they were fine. I have since moved back and returned to the Contra Costa Blvd local and won’t go back. If they have since had a thorough cleaning good for them. I still won’t go back.

My first time here was yesterday and a lady who i think was named Amy was great for a pedicure but the lady who did my acrylic nails made me uncomfortable after suggesting that i leave her more than a $5 tip. She shaped my nails the weirdest shape and they looked really awkward after looking at them later and as soon as i got home, one of them broke off! I’m going somewhere else to get a new full set today and i will tell everyone i know not to get acrylics there. Never coming back.

I’ve been going here for years. Depending on which technician you get they can do a good job. If you’re looking for a fairly good mani or pedi I recommend Bollinger Nail Spa. It’s clean and they recently got new pedicure spa chairs. I wish they had more colors to choose from and that they’re gel and regular polish match was more consistent.

Critical: QualityI will NEVER have my eyebrows waxed here again. I have never had my eyebrows come out so uneven. Not to mention the lady was very rough. Now I’m running around trying to find somewhere that can even them out. Im legit near tears.
