Very unprofessional. When a patron walks into an establishment it is a custom to greet them. It seems the owner and they other hairstylist could not be bothered. The hairdresser who was doing my hair was late her main focus was in her phone and she had a very lazy attitude. Ivan tell she did not want to be at work. I showed her the hair style I wanted but she screwed that up. She cut all of my long hat off but it’s a good thing my hair does grow back very fast. That will be the very last time I go to a ghetto salon. Unprofessional at its best!

I think this is the only shop were I would let any of the stylists and barber do my hair. Their quality of work is amazing and worth every penny. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to my sisters that wanna stay fly lol.

This Thumbs down business! Thursday May 31st 2018. I go to get my child hair done for her graduation. Her appointment was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25pm. So, I checked in. Some lady.. black lady with blonde hair and a dress that was not suitable for her body shape, told me Stacy will be on her way. Sooo, I’m like OK, I’m 5 mins early she’ll be here. It is NOW 3:50pm! As I’m sitting down I’m just waiting to see if this horrible “receptionist” whatever her position is to come over and inform me Stacy whereabouts, as to she’s coming. I get up and go to this “receptionist” and ask “Do you know when she’s coming?” She says “ She’s on her way” with the upmost I don’t care look on her face! Remind you, it’s my daughters graduation at 6pm. I set her appointment at 3:30pm for it can be fresh and pretty! So I set back down and got to thinking. If it’s 3:50pm! Stacy still isn’t here knowing she had a hair appointment at 3:30pm why not already be at your job. I go to the shop myself and get my hair done. So I’m estimating the times. By the time Stacy would’ve got there it’ll be time to walk into her graduation. Smh! So I got up and left and did my daughter hair myself. I will NEVER go to this shop again! I’ve had experiences with this shop once twice before, but this one draw the icing on the cake for me! So I’ll never go to this shop again not even for myself! So when our black people are always yelling “we don’t support our own people businesses” this is why! Inconsistent, unprofessional, unclean, always out of products, unpleasant music playing *children are present*, inappropriate shows on television *children are present* and not welcoming! Do better owner. Clearly the management here is a reflection of the owner. Says a lot!! 0 star.

Sooo I was very excited to get my hair done from this place , come to find out it will be a freaking disaster . I arrived at 915 because my appointment was between 9:00-930am first off I was seen 40 mins after my appointment. My style list Erica was never there!! They lied!!! She was on vacation and I’m sure they all knew that!! So I was “seen” by Stacy .. which never got to my HEAD ONLY THING SHE DID WAS BLOW DRY IT OUT THEN WENT BACK TO ALL HER OTHER CLIENTS SHE NEVER CAME BACK I WAS WAITING ON HER FOR A HOUR! Until I JUST PAID FOR THE WASH AND LEFT!! AND MISS STACY SURE AS HELL DIDNT SEEM LIKE SHE CARED SHE SAID THE WAS WILL BE $20 and THAT WAS IT! THIS PLACE IS VERYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL,, YOU HAVE stylist WORKING ON ABOUT 4 HEADS NOT INCLUDING YOURS!!! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK THERE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I MEAN ANYONE!! If I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A NOOOO STAR I SURE WOULD HAVE!!!!
