I go to this place almost every 3 weeks. I’m pretty regular, and I love Mary and her staff!! They’re always busy so I know to make an appointment, but the staff always take their time to make sure I’m happy with my nails. The staff help me pick colors and styles that compliment me, and they make small talk to get to know me, and make me feel comfortable. Plus their atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing! Going here is my happy place and I can’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!

I’m seriously not one to leave reviews especially bad ones. This experience was just that horrible. Probably my first Google review. Went in with my friend for some pamper time. Pedicure was fine but my full set was just really sloppy. I asked the guy three times to fix certain things and I could tell if I asked again I would just be dealing with someone annoyed. And it’s awkward when you have to tell a licensed nail tech how to do nails. Being that my friend brought me in and knows this place I just wanted to focus on hanging out with her so I didn’t really take a great look at my hands until I left. So I call the following morning to set up a new apt for them to be fixed. I was polite over the phone and received zero apology for not liking what I paid for. Which was over $60. Together, my friend and I spent a combined $330. That’s a lot and we just wanted to treat ourselves. When I got there for my apt they shuffled me around and helped other people when I had an apt time. Mary asked me if I was sure I had an apt. It’s really unprofessional to treat a returning client that calmly asks for a correction like they are the inconvenience. I asked for almond shape. They gave me stiletto and at the last minute he just kept making them pointier and it was way too late to correct. I figured whatever, I’ll just go home and file them. But when you pay that much it’s pretty annoying to have to fix your own nails. I walked out after returning for them to be fixed. They refused to refund me after it became clear that they were annoyed at having to correct them. I truly wish flagstaff had a good nail place. I’ve tried so many places here I’ve resorted to buying my own kit and doing them at home. But sometimes I want to pay to have them done. Without fail, everyone in this town has been a let down. It would be so refreshing if just once they could be like ya know, we wronged you here and we’re sorry about that let’s fix em!

Such great customer service, they were so very kind to me in helping me fix my nails that got damaged after not being properly done by another salon two days prior. Especially since I have a wedding to attend to later this week. John was my nail tech and was very careful in correcting everything, taking good care of my natural nails, and making my nails look simply gorgeous. Thank you to the nail tech team at Flagstaff Nails, I appreciate this so much!

I used to visit Mary prior to moving to East Texas… first visit back to Flag and this is the first place I went. Love Mary and her entire staff. They do a great job for a very fair price. Every time we come back for a visit this will always be on my list of stops. Got me in for an appointment quickly.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for well over a year and have had at least 4 pedicures here. I have never I once complained, talk to the employees by name, and tip well. Today, my experience was less than great. Attached are the pictures of negligence from John not paying attention while using the drill which ended in me bleeding on 3 fingers. At this point I still had not complained! I asked if there was time for a pedicure and they told me there was. From the time John sat down to the time my pedicure was finished was 15 minutes. I could tell he was rushing through as there was a client waiting at his station and Mary had started the pre work. He was reaching for polish when I asked are you going to massage my feet? He replied no just the leg (for 1 minute both legs total). I looked down the row to see every person at the pedicure station having their feet massaged. Have you ever had a pedicure when your feet aren’t massaged and was done start to polish in 15 minutes? Having had several pedicures here and watching everyone else while I was there I knew this was not the norm and he was rushing through my pedicure to get to his next client. I would have rather they said they didn’t have time than take advantage of a loyal client. Upon checking out I told Mary that it was the worst pedicure I have had. From start to finish it was 15 minutes. To rectify the situation she said she would take $8 off or give me the massage. Since this is a treat for me I mistakenly opted for the massage. I tried to relax but she provoked arguments over the next 6 minutes and tried to make it seem as though it was my fault. Embarrassing me in front of the entire salon, demeaning me, and implying I didn’t spend enough money to have a foot massage even though that is included in the basic pedicure! At the end of her “trying to make it right” she harassed me the entire time. I have been a loyal customer for well over a year and to be treated like this is an insult. Save your time, money and make an appointment with a local salon that values repeat costumers. Also, John has a HUGE wart on his finger that I have seen many times and does not cover it with a bandaid .
