She is skilled, professional, friendly and an effective listener. Jolanta is the best there is for massages and facials! She has been my massage therapist for many years and she always knew just what to do to get my back muscles to behave themselves! When she started doing facials, I was skeptical because I have never been a big fan, but the facial she gave me was the most relaxing, rejuvenating experience I have ever had! If you get to do a facial AND a massage, you will absolutely be physically and spiritually re-energized! Losing her to Flagstaff (I am in Mesa) has been my loss but Flagstaff’s gain. And one of these days, I’m going to go up there for her services, because she is definitely worth the trip!

I would give 0 starts if I could. I made an appointment, she had a cancellation so she asked if I could come in earlier at 11am. I told her I could not as I am a mom of a newborn, live 45 minutes out of town and had other appointments. No response from her after that. I called her when I was in my way to confirm and when I arrived for my appointment since the doors to her shop were locked on Sunday. She did not answer either time, I left two messages. She texts me after I am already waiting outside telling me she in canceling because she is “sick”… extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. UPDATE: I was not running late to my appointment my appointment was at 1:45 PM at YOUR request and I arrived at 1:30 PM. You did not contact me to cancel until after my appointment time. Unbelievable. You have no idea what some people have to do (like get a babysitter) to attend an appointment, very unprofessional to cancel just because you wanted to go home early.

She can actually sense where the trouble is, then uses all the techniques she has learned and developed throughout her career to gently relax, strengthen, and heal the areas in question.
