I typically don’t take the time to write reviews but the experience I had at this salon/spa was amazing. It was my first time getting any type of facial and my aesthetician Kelly was phenomenal. She gave me a brief consultation before my treatment and then gave me a luxurious facial. She was very kind and informative, letting me know if anything would be cold, hot, uncomfortable etc. She was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me recommendations for skin products but also some lifestyle changes I could implement to help with my acne breakouts. I will absolutely be returning for other treatments.

Got a diamond glow facial. I honestly just expected a little more pampering with the treatment. The Aestitician, Kelly I. was just not very friendly, never explained anything, after care, or really much communication at all. For only 30 minutes from start to finish, and paying 179 + a tip…I really think more “oomph” needs to go into the process, sorry not sorry. Im not asking for a new face lol, but c’mon ladies…I’m at least hoping the treatment proves to be beneficial….yikes. I do not believe I’ll be returning to this place, which is sad because I’ll definitely spend my money where I feel I get what I pay for. Two thumbs down.

I loved my treatment from Rebecca. I was nervous and had some questions and she answered every one, reassured me, and was very patient. The front desk was also very helpful and I was able to change my appointment date without any hassel. I see a great improvement with my skin and will definitely be returning.

Sadly their medical director won’t let you book Botox injections within 3 months of each other. Botox resistance happens to 1 in 10k patients??? Couldn’t even book my appointment at 2 months and 28 days before I went on vacation. Had to move somewhere else for my injections. ♀️

Flagstaff Face & Body is the best in the west. I’ve been to many different medical spas and the results from FF&B top any experience I have had. As a mid-40 lady who wants to preserve and look natural I’m beyond thrilled each time I finish my treatments. I highly recommend FF&B !!

The Best Med Spa In Flagstaff! I recommend this med spa to all age groups, however if you’re an older woman like me (35 and above) these group of woman know about more mature skin and anti aging in town. This med spa has skin tightening devices like Ulthera & Pixel 8 RF MicroNeedling + PRP Microneedling. They also have hydrafacial and chemical peels for monthly maintenance and of course injectables. You’re in good and safe hands here ❤️

I get my brows done here by Meredith and she always does an awesome job. Super easy to talk to and an all-around awesome person who’s also talented at her job! I’ve also gotten facials and a massage here, and everything is high quality. Not the cheapest, but not unnecessarily expensive. Their prices are fair and they always exceed my expectations with friendly staff, relaxing environment, and a wide range of services to fit different needs/budgets.

My technician was Samantha she is absolutely a delight she will never sell you into something, number one that you don’t need and number 2, that you can’t afford she’s very upfront and not there just to make a buck. Everybody from the front desk to them back office are wonderful. If you’re going to get botox just as 1st Samantha and don’t forget to started membership on Brillance So you can get a $50 off coupon.
