My favorite place in Lexington to go get pampered! I hosted a surprise birthday celebration here (pre-covid) and we had such a fun and relaxing afternoon. Their covid policies always make me feel safe and comfortable when I go for my monthly Fizz Club Facials. Allison is super knowledgeable and answers all of my many questions. The owner, Crystal, is a fabulous business owner and genuinely cares for her customers and employees. So glad that’s she brought this new facial concept to Lex – no harsh chemicals or treatments, quick, affordable – no excuse not to try it out!!

We had our small company get together at Fizz a couple weeks ago. It was so great! They let us pay for the group, and we could add on services individually if we wanted. They let us bring in snacks and a few drinks. The girls there are amazing! I especially love Allison & Gentry. I have been back since and I love it. Perfect for a working girl on the go. I went to Fizz Facial bar for the first time this weekend and was sadly disappointed. The lady that did my facial told me several times that I needed the cheapest and quickest facial and not one of the $69 ones. From the very beginning she came off as annoyed and like she was not interested in doing a facial what so ever.. So I went with it. I’m like okay, maybe she just knows what is best for my skin. She then asked me about products that I’m using and I tell her about a product that I had purchased through them during the Covid19 shutdown.. I tell her that I’m not a big fan of it because I’ve been using it six weeks and have seen no difference at all and it was quite expensive! She said.. “Oh there’s no way you’ve been using it that long, we’ve only recently starting selling this retail”. I literally had to pull up my history from over a month ago to prove to her that I had in fact purchased this product! The facial was very very quick, not relaxing what so ever. The girl clearly doesn’t want to be there. What a huge let down because I was very excited about having a facial bar right here at home.
