Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this lady for blond highlights she left the bleach in my hair for to long because she got distracted by the TV (very unprofessional) I left and I was pleased. Fast forward to the first time I washed my hair when I went to blow dry it (on cool ) all the blond parts where coming out so each time I washed it a bit of my REAL hair came out until there was no blond left my hair was EXTREMELY BURNT and I had to cut it very short my (at least 4 inches off).
