First off, I was so highly upset and disappointed with this nail salon!! I wanted to get the Betty Boo collection, but I couldn’t because the nail tech lady was going to charge me $120, which was ridiculously too expensive. So I settled instead, which supposedly had been some hearts and music notes . This turned out to be a hot mess!! Secondly, I felt she didn’t do anything that I requested. She left the cuticle part of the nails looking horrible and unfinished because I noticed how she was rushing to get done to take other customers… Lastly, She knew she was totally wrong with her finishing results because I shared with her my negative thoughts about her work. She didn’t want me to express my thoughts to her manager. So she charged me $60 bucks. For a Full Set of Gel nails , she also charged me for the designs for two fingers!! I wished I could take them off and just get my refund, but the damage was done!Smh

I came in for a basic set . The basic set says $25 on the menu but for some reason I was told $30 . Okay cool . She asked me several times if I want gel it’s $10 I said no . I said no several times . After telling her no someone else comes over and ask if I want gel again I say NO! Once I declined to getting gel after being asked several times it seems as if she got an attitude I didn’t want it . You can’t force me to get something I don’t want . I asked her if she was gonna pay for the gel since she wants me to have it so bad she laughed and said no . I said great so stop asking me . She continues to do my nails poorly . My cuticles have been untouched . My nails have been done for 20 minutes now but they look 2 weeks old . This is the first time that I’ve been upset with this salon . They usually do a great job but failed today with customer service . Wether you are getting gel or not all customers should be treated equally and the nail tech shouldn’t get an attitude when people dont want gel . People spend their money on what and how they want you shouldn’t be forcing someone to get something and then give them half service when they decline . DO BETTER !

I am so upset , I literally hate my nails .. where I usually go I pay less and get better quality, and more they last a whole month . I went here tonight and just wanted a clear pink set thinking I’m going to spend no more the 50-70 dollars because I’m getting some so basic and they charged me $95 dollars for the pink nails yeah they used acrylic but where I usually go the last two photos I paid $90 and that’s acrylic , snake skin , jewelry and little rhinestones and the last a whole month and some for $90 and they charged me $95 for this and I have stuff all over my fingers my hands feel so rough this place charged over price for what ? I wish I could get a refund because I literally hate my nails they are worth $95 they are worth $55 honestly .. the lady said if I washed my hands it would come off I washed my hands in the salon and it still had this rough stuff on it she wiped it with acetone and it’s still on her very unacceptable.. cheap quality over price will not be going here EVER AGAIN !!!!

Worst nail service. I got the dipping powder. It is not hygienic. My hands are crusty and dry. She couldn’t get it off. Don’t go here. It was so expensive. $40 with tip. Take your business somewhere else.

The woman that answered the phone was so rude. I called at 7:07 to see if they’d be able to take me because I knew they closed at 8:00. She said “yea yea we take you come on bye bye” … hung up before I could even ask my second question. Didn’t even give me a chance to respond. That should’ve been my cue not to go there. Went anyway and after waiting for a while it’s getting close to closing time shes growing more and more aggressive with customers because I saw her banging on the book and screaming at the customer who didn’t understand what she was showing her. Then when I asked if someone would still be able to do my nails she tells me “we all busy! You wait or you go home” I cussed her out like the dog she is after that and walked tf out. Will never return again. Save your money and go elsewhere. As brown and black women we need to demand respect or spend our money elsewhere. This establishment doesn’t not deserve your hard earned money. What should be A time to relax is turned into a disaster there.

My nails were so EXTREMELY CROOKED and EXTREMELY uneven. Idk how I didn’t notice this until they were done. I mean one side of the nail is much shorter than the other. Additionally the lady that did my brows got upset because I asked her to wear gloves. She rolled her eyes and got an attitude so I then explained to her that I didn’t mean any offense but the germs from everything that she’s touched would be transferred to my face and this is how viral infections such as Covid and monkeypox etc are spread. She didn’t reply. She just quietly with an attitude did my brows. This place is not only incompetent as to how to do a full set of gel nails but also have horrible attitudes. I’ll call the health department.

Came here several times and I never once left happy unless I’m only getting a pedi. The over charge you like crazy and they repeatedly ask you if u want to upgrade your package over and over again. They tried to convince my child while I wasn’t paying attention to upgrade to gel after I told them over 3 times no. Be careful when you go to this place or ridiculous. I won’t be returning
