I had an appointment with another Salon to have my 5 year old Granddaughter to have a “papa day”.. they stood us up. Called to see if they could “fit” my Grand Daughter in, just wanted her nails done and simple wash and style to make her feel “Pretty “… HOME RUN !!! Critical: Professionalismjust came here today do not recommend. I asked to go blonde my hair came out dark brown with purple and red and white highlights. They over processed my hair and my front pieces are dead. I asked for face frames they are uneven and also dead. Worst salon I’ve been to don’t come here!! These pictures are without the flash the color isn’t to my roots like I asked very upset! They still preceded to do nothing for me after at least three different colors uneven dead hair they asked me to come back again for them to fix it for full price. The pictures at the end was my hair before the (brown)and the blonde is what I asked for.just came here today do not recommend. My husband’s company, “Keepin’ It Clean,” paid for all their employees to get their hair done for photos. They all came to this salon & my husband hasn’t stopped telling me how much I’d love to get my hair done here. He said that everyone is so kind & they really know what they’re doing. He came home with freshly washed & curled hair that smelled like heaven, for days! & I’m not too sure what his stylist did, but those curls lasted 3 days in his gorgeous head. I’m totally coming here for my haircuts!

The morning of the 16th I showed up for my hair appointment with (if memory serves me right) a stylist named Danielle. I was about 5 minutes late because the roads were extremely icy and in bad condition. However, I show up met Danielle and showed her a picture from Pinterest that I wanted my hair to be inspired by. She said she could do it. During the appointment she dropped her curler on my shoulder and it almost burned my neck. She asked me if I wanted a braid in my hair and I told her no I did not. She continued to make conversation with me during the appointment and from the front my hair looked like what I was interested in, but the back was a disaster. She disregarded my request of having no braid and put one down the center of my head. Which to me didn’t make that much sense. My hair was no where near what I had requested and I was on a time crunch so I couldn’t even ask her to fix it. She had already run over my time limit that I had being there. My photoshoot was to be at 10am but she was doing my hair until 10:07 so it got pushed back. I honestly had no idea what to do in this situation. When I went to leave she hovered at the dest and stared me straight in the face when I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I did leave a tip but only because I felt pressured into it by her, and after I said yes and left one she walked away. When I asked my family if I was overreacting to the situation they told me it looked like my 7 year old niece did my hair. I was on my way to a photoshoot and couldn’t leave my hair in the condition it was in because it looked like a child did my hair. So I took it down and redid my hair to a presentable look that I knew wouldn’t upset me when looking back on the photos that I was to take that day. I am deeply upset that I paid over $70 for a hairstyle that looked so poorly and I am so upset that for those photos I took my hair doesn’t look the way I dreamed it to be. The pictures are the one I found on pinterest and then me in my car.
