I booked an appointment with Dayna for a shape and tint eyebrow appointment after finding them on Google. Let me just say I will most definitely be back. Dayna went above and beyond and matched my eyebrows to my hair color. That small attention to detail was huge for me. I absolutely love my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. I also loved chatting with Dayna and the sweet girl who was training with her. It was like having a conversation with two girlfriends you’ve known for years. You’re made to feel very welcome. The whole experience was beyond what I expected. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I love coming to Five10 Brow & Beauty, I was originally got referred to it by a friend and I’m very glad I found this place. I’ve been getting eye brow tinting, hanna and waxing done and lash lift/tinting. My brows and lashes have been looking great! Dayna is the best, she is very knowledgeable and is a true artist when it comes to brow shaping/tinting. She is always very friendly, and the place is beautiful, clean and relaxing. This is my go-to place!

I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. I booked lash extensions which I have never done before. When I arrived, the technician took me back to her chair and asked what kind of extensions I wanted. I told her it was my first time and asked for some advice or if I could see some pictures showing the different options. She didn’t have any pictures and said I should do the hybrids which I agreed to. She didn’t explain anything that she was doing and barely talked the whole time. When I was done, they looked fine and I was happy with them. After I paid $170 for the lashes, I finally asked her if she had any aftercare advice or instructions for them since she hadn’t told me anything. She then seemed surprised when she realized that she hadn’t sold me the makeup remover/lash cleaner or given me a spool or anything to take care of them. I’m guessing she was a little off that day but I let it go. So the next morning when I rinsed my face with water, about 5 clumps immediately fell off my left eye. I had to head directly to the airport for a Thanksgiving trip so I couldn’t go back in to get these fixed. Over the next 5 days, lashes kept falling off my left eye only which seemed really weird. As soon as I flew back on Friday I called to tell the business what happened and to see if she could just fix the one eye. After talking to a Manager-in-training, she offered to have it fixed for free and said she could schedule me the next day. The next morning I called to confirm the appointment but was told they had booked someone else and that I would have to wait until the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I went back in and showed the technician where the lashes were missing and asked her to just fill that eye. When we went back to her station, she washed both eyes and put tape on both which I thought was weird, but I assumed she just wanted to see the lashes to make sure they were even. She then started filling my left eye. After she was done, she added a few to the right eye and again, I just assumed that was to make them even. When she finished, I went to the register and planned to give her a tip but then she told me there was an $80 charge for the fill! I told her it was supposed to be complimentary and gave her the employees name who booked me and she seemed surprised by that. At this point the manager spoke up and then debated with me for about 10 minutes about how the other employee who booked my appointment didn’t have the authority to offer a complimentary fix and how they are a small business and never offer free services. And I understand if that is their policy, but I also feel like a business should honor their word. She finally agreed to offer 1/2 off the cost but now I’m out $210 and the lashes didn’t even last a week. I’m so sad because the salon is really cute and the technicians and manager seem like great people, but they need to work on their communication and do some additional training with the staff. I also think a business should honor their word and not ask for additional payments after doing a service that wasn’t what I asked for. If I’d been told it was going to be $80 more, I wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment. Super disappointing and I won’t be going back.
