I’ve been coming here since Chantu opened over 10 years ago. I read some of the comments that say they have horrible customer service so I decided to write a review. The owner is direct so I am sure some may take it as rude. She does the best eyebrows around. Waxing is great to. Only one in the area that offers Mon/Tues specials. Convenient hours and if your waiting they have been known to stay late. Quality work and they care about their customers

I had previously written a positive review of this nail salon, but I no longer feel that way. While my first visit was amazing, subsequent visits got worse. I stopped going for a while and then went back again. The owner , if she is in a bad mood, will let you know. She will be rude and abrupt. The final straw for me was bringing in a friend of mine who has Parkinson’s disease. I was stunned and sickened by the rude and rough treatment of my friend and would have walked out but did not want to upset her. She kept apologizing for Chantu for her spasms. Chantu was irritated and let us know it, even told us to stop having a conversation at one point, because it was annoying her. I was livid. My friend was still apologizing for her spasms (I was there to gently hold her hands down) but Chantu was utterly and coldly oblivious to how embarrassed my friend was and how upset I was about the whole thing. Then we overheard her complain about my friend to the woman getting her eyebrows done. A horrendous experience. I had been trying to rationalize her rude behavior so many times because the shop is convenient for me. Not anymore. I will never ever give her my business or recommend her to anyone else. There are so many places that actually respect the customer, don’t insult them and actually enjoy what they are doing.
