Angel did a short coffin nail with powder. I had told her how I didn’t like previous nail service that I had gotten somewhere else. She was asking me throughout the service if I liked my nails making sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Very cute nails it’s hard to find someone that can actually do a short nail. I would recommend calling before to set an appointment because the wait time was so bad almost 2hrs as a walk in.

I made an appointment for a dip fill as I do every 3 weeks, this is the third time coming to 5 star. When I sat down the girl began filing the old dip off normally they soak my nails in acetone and remove everything from my nails. The girl was not doing that so I assumed she had her own way of doing it. Then she didn’t dip my nails in the powder she applied the powder with the liquid and a brush, again I assumed it was just her way of doing it. When she was done I paid and walked outside in the sun and looked at my nails you could see through the nail color and in spots you could see the glitter dip I had on when I got there.

When I called I was greeted by a gentleman on the phone who was super happy to have me. Made sure I knew where the place was And everything. When I arrived I was greeted just a nicely. I had the best experience ever here with my two techs. May was my foot artist. She was so sweet and took her time with my nail art and leg massage. I love her. Sam was my hand artist. She was so funny and talkative. I enjoyed my time with her as well. I love the nails she did on me. Love her too. They both gave me exactly what I wanted. Plus the place is so clean and welcoming. I’m definitely coming here every time! Thanks ladies

We set our appointment and showed up on time. They told us to go shop for 30 minutes because the woman that was going to serve us was fixing a broken nail. I asked if this happened often, he just shrugged me off. I am someone that sets appointments and keeps them. When I show up and you cant keep the time I’ve set, on my first visit, I have seen what I need to see. Got called back 51 minutes after the initial interaction. Never going back.

Came here with my girls to get pedis on a whim. I paid $53 (including tip) for a gel pedicure. It felt very rushed. The lady didn’t buff my nails or shape it. After a week and a half, the gel paint came off two of my toes. This never happened before with any other nail salon I go to. Very disappointed. I will not be a returning customer.

I have to change my review because the nails that cost enough to feed a small village are lifting after two days. I’m going to go back and see if they fix them. At this point I would only recommend this shop to an enemy. It’s a good way to waste a bunch of money. I’m so disappointed.

Critical: ValueIf you’re going to charge me $368 for two gel pedicures and two full sets you better make sure that they are damn near perfect. I couldn’t Not pay after they were done. If I had a choice I would have not paid. She did a sloppy job none of my nails match, hard to see in pics….and I had her go over some of it to correct it, I’m still not happy though. I think she was irritated because of this and took advantage, I was treating my pregnant friend and we were in deep conversation. She couldn’t even break down why it was so much. This just doesn’t make sense. Overly priced, poor quality this time.
