I’m new to the area and found this salon. I love the decor and atmosphere because there’s never a super long wait time on the days that I go. They offer appointments and walk-ins and I just happen to be lucky whenever I arrive for a walk-in. I normally only get pedicures but on a couple of occasions I got dip powder nails and a pedicure. I understand salon mechanics so if I’m a walk-I’m I try to be courteous of their time. Every visit is consistent and I always love my nails. The great thing is, I never have to chime in to tell the nail techs to not use the blade callus remover tool because they don’t use it or have any on site. That’s wonderful. This spa truly does take care of your hands and feet with products that work wonders on dry skin and calloused heels.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are so professional and they really care about their customers. Tommy and Linda are the best! I drive all the way from Charlotte to get my nails done by Tommy. He does my dip powder and he doesn’t make it too thick. He makes it look so natural AND the best part is he is so fast! I timed it last time and he finished my nails in 28 minutes and they were perfect!

Today myself, my Granddaughter and Daughter-in-law went to get the full treatment here at Five Stars. Ly, Tony and Fu were excellent and gifted in their art!! It was my granddaughters first time ever going to a Spa. She was a little hesitant but she loved the way Tony took care of her. Made her feel at home! He was so nice, she did giggle out loud, so cute!! Glad we picked this salon. The service was wonderful.

I wish I would’ve gotten my nails techs name today but I went there for the first time after bad experiences elsewhere and I couldn’t be happier!!! My nails are amazing, my tech was so nice and did such great work. It was my friend first time at the salon today too, and her nails were so beautiful. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Critical: QualityI have been going here since they opened. But the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been the service hasn’t been that great. I typically get the same 2 girls and one does a pretty good job. But the other rushes way too much. I was in there Saturday and had my gel taken off and just a regular polish put on. She rushed way to much, and my polished bubbled up before I even left the salon. And you could see marks and bumps. I didn’t say anything because it just wasn’t worth another slightly decent job. I kept trying to give them chances, but Saturday was the last time and I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are always pretty nice, but quality is important too. When I go to a salon I would like to feel taken care of. And not feel like I’m being rushed out the door with nails that I could have done better myself.I have been going here since they opened. This place got me in last minute and did an incredible job on my acrylics! Cleaned up my cuticles correctly and all! I’m picky on nail salons but this place is great! Will be coming back!
