I asked for the first pics… long, coffin and beautiful! I brought these pictures in and shows both employees. The next pics are what I got. Short, oval and ugly. He insisted he knew what he was doing, and would not let me correct him!!! On day 7, one of them broke in half and I had to go in for repair. They had the nerve to charge me $7. I’m sitting here on day 14 and I’ve had to super glue 3 of them and currently one is off. I’m sorry, but Nails should last for at least two weeks. Gel should not fade, scuff, or lose its shine. Never going back here. They use inferior products, their work is shotty, and they are rude.

I usually don’t complain about the cost of the service received in any place. I don’t play with the value of services, but today I felt insulted and tricked. I went to this nail spa to wax my eyebrows, lip, and chin. The highest amount I have paid for this service in any nail/beauty salon is $22-$25, until today. I was charged $35 dollars in this place. I didn’t do a facial! I used to go to Five Star in the past. But they are definitely loosing their cleanness, fair prices, and customers. Today will be my last visit to this place! 🙁

when I say awful I truly mean awful. Literally the absolute worst nail shop I’ve ever experienced in all my years. don’t go. Dirty, rude, and dirty is an understatement. This place is truly filthy! My nails look horrible & the owner should be ashamed.

My first time coming here & it was awful. The shop is filthy. The guy who did my nails kept cutting me and rough housing my hands. He was definitely in a rush. He didn’t even clean my nails correctly. Lastly, he got the lotion into my engagement ring and bracelet. I asked him to tell me before so I could take them off and he didn’t. I just stopped him in the middle of the manicure and I complained and they said he did clean them although he didn’t. I asked for a discount since I had to stop him and he didn’t do it correctly and the man literally started yelling at me in whatever language they speak so I left. So they charged me for a manicure then I didn’t even receive and yelled at me as if I was a child. Horrible establishment. Filthy shop.
