I have used them for years but it’s a Monday at 4:00 and they are closed. This is the second time I have come here and they were closed!!!! Their sign says there are open and all the window shadows are up but no one is here!!!! This is very frustrating when they are not open and they say are!!!!! I might have to find a new place to go! I love them but this is ridiculous

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismDisgusting. They do not put plastic bags on the pedicure bowls and do not clean them between use. The staff was unfriendly and rushed me to put my feet in the nasty, cold water. They did not inform me that one person would do both mine and my sister’s pedicure. I told them I would not get my pedicure done today because I did not want to make my sister wait on me and they tried to charge me $10 for just having my feet in the water. Ridiculous. They did not inform me that one person would do both mine and my sister’s pedicure. I would recommend this place for anyone to go to. They take a special time and care of me because my left hand does not have full movement and my wrist does not bend from a few surgeries I could use it for everyday life situations. And the male owner has always made me feel like it’s not a problem and makes me feel relaxed. When usually I would try to hide my hand or wonder if the people around me are looking and staring. He is a true talented nail artists to perform so quickly and makes sure everyone is happy with their work. He also will just charge a little per-finger if the nail polish or nail it self comes loose before it’s time. Great place!!

I do not recommend going here. The man that did my fill did a really bad job. I had glitter polish on and he didn’t remove it just used the file to buff off the top layer. He also cut a few of my fingers. I have tiny bubbles in the acrylic and left over glitter in patches on my white tips. I didn’t even get to say anything about it because he just got up and went to the bathroom. I waited 10 minutes and finally left. Do not go here.

How is this place even in business? I have gone 3x in the last 2 months during normal business hours and they are NEVER there. I went today, Monday at 11:30 and of course the door was locked. There was a sign saying to call another number and they would meet at the salon. So, I called the number and the guy was not that nice. Said his wife could meet at 1PM. It was 11:30, so no I went elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience I wanted a bright color the one I chose was bright and when she put it in my nails it was so light then they refused to fix my nails the way I wanted them, they got mad cause I didn’t like my nails then told me I would be charged to have it the way I originally wanted them after I had paid 80 dollars for me and my mother n law to get our nails done. My nails look horrible

My acrylics stayed on for three days than started falling off and lifting. It was like i had glue holding them on. Not to mention my designs looked like crap so bad when I got home I took the polish off and re-did it. And it took almost 4 hours to do because he keeped leaving to go to the laundry mat. Never again will i go back. This place is a joke thats not evan funny. They need to be put out of business.
