I’ve come here before but today- I’m over it. Short version: I picked a perfect match color and it didn’t match at all. My toes are brown and my nails are plum. The manager says I should have picked a different polish type (unapologetically, might I add). How would I know that if it is a “perfect match” AND purple and brown are two very different colors. I was too engrossed in my phone to notice. Crossing this place off my list. I won’t be returning.

I started coming here recently and thought it was pretty good. That was until I tried soaking my nails off at home. I soaked them for 3 hours and they wouldn’t come off. The worst set I have ever gotten. My nail tech was actually really nice and tried to do her best but for $43 this is not ok. The nails are extremely wide (wider then my own nail bed), they are super flared out at the tip like duck nails, and there is nail polish all over my cuticle and skin. The shape of the nail horrible. Will not be going back to this location.

Not going back. I’ve been going sporadically for the last year as they are close to work and home. They are dirty (they dont wipe or sanitize)and their polishes are always on dregs. Everytime I go they never do them right, there’s always bumps, ridges, missing paint on edges,and their edge filing is always crooked. I wanted a matte blue with a gold flecked nail Polish on one nail(see the screenshot I brought w/me for show), with round squared edges. I always have my edges done before I walk in, but they always mess with them. This time the edges are crooked, the matte finish product he used left swivel lines, a big bump on my pinky, grooves, and missing edges. While I’m sitting at his station there’s old polish stains, a thick film of nail dust all over the table, and his using dirty tools. I don’t know why I even bothered going back, but I needed my nails done for a wedding tomorrow so I popped in. For the last time….
