So happy with how my nails turned out! Hannah was great. Got my gel set done fast, and I can tell she has an eye for detail because they are all very evenly shaped and polished. We didn’t talk much but she seemed really sweet and professional as well. I don’t usually get my nails done regularly, but I’ll definitely consider coming back here!

I want to start by saying the customer service is horrible. I had an appointment they told me to sit and wait a few mins but then in walked a young lady and her mom they took them ahead of me without having an appointment. I feel like they were very racist. My nails did not look like the picture, and the young lady that did them was upset that I did not like the design and wanted them changed. She was very rude, she was shoving my nails and being really nasty to me. This is the second time I tried them, I will never go back. This is not even a week old

Went there today for a friends birthday… and I am upset. I’m sorry but I won’t be going there again.These nails were about 60 dollars overall, I would expect them to be 45 dollars max. I just got a acrylic full set (35+ It says online). They are simple, short nails with No designs. Also most of the acrylic nails are too lifted. It was just two glitter coats after the acrylic powder. The nails are a little far from the cuticle (in my opinion) , making them look grown out (can’t really see in the photos). And my the nails are a little lifted. Also, my friend got nails with designs and they were 65 dollars overall (moon picture below). So upset because I’m pretty sure I got ripped off. Overall, disappointed with the price for the simple acrylic set. Would get a refund if possible. Could have done them myself and I will have to fix them myself at home…didn’t ask because I did not want to pay more. Next time, I will go to a different nail salon and use a Groupon to get them cheaper. You could get quality nails, decent service for a good price on Groupon. Also my other friend was getting hers done and the lady was so rude and rough to her.

I’ve gone on/off over the years to five star nail in Bloomingdale. I took my granddaughter yesterday and I got the No chip and they were VERY RUDE to me after I declined the additional services they offered me !!!! I just wanted the No chip polish !! She did it SO FAST wouldn’t let me keep my hands under the light the proper time …. I asked and she said “no it fine “! I also asked why one hand was a different color … she slammed the bottle down and said I used this !!! The other girl said “ something is wrong with your eyes “

Have been going to Five Stars for along time. My nail technician Lynn does a fabulous job on my nails/feet. The other girls there are really friendly and the atmosphere is great. Best ever to get nails done.

I came in super last minute an hour before they closed because work makes it hard for me to make appointments as my schedule is always changing. It’s been long over due for me and I have had the hardest time finding someone who does my nails since my nail tech moved. Christina did my nails this evening and I was completely blown away. She did the shape and length exactly as I wanted them. She was patient it’s me finding a color. I will without a doubt return for many more visits to come!! So many colors to choose from as well!

You get such a different experience and price at this place depending on who does your nails. This last time I went I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told $55. I said ok. The person didn’t do what I asked for but I tried to be nice and didn’t say anything so that’s my mistake there. But when I came back and asked to have it fixed, they took off the nails and told me after that it was going to be more money for the design I wanted. I said I wasn’t going to pay more so they told me to take my refund and go somewhere else.

I had a pedicure here and the lady filed my skin on top of my toe so bad that it got infected I told her it was burning the whole time and she didn’t pay attention to me. When I called to talk to the manager and show them a picture they didn’t seem concerned at all and just gave me a gift card for my pedicure. It took 3 weeks to heal and I still have a scar. I asked for the owner to call me and I never got a response I sent them pictures of my toes and I never got a response from that either. I’ve never experienced or been so horrified in my life from getting a pedicure anywhere.
