after reading the reviews for this place i was a little skeptical, but i’m so glad i went. before today i thought it was normal to get cuts all over my fingers due to the drill so i was preparing myself for it to happen, but the man who did mine and my sisters nails today proved that it is in fact not normal and was super careful. the process was quick and simple, and he made sure to communicate with us the entire time to ensure that we were happy with our nails which i greatly appreciated. they accommodated to my sisters nail size since she is young and has small fingers, and he even suggested a nail shape that would suit her better. the prices weren’t ideal but that could just be me being a cheapskate, but overall it was a great experience and i will definitely be coming back 🙂

Manicure with color, no gel or frills, $20 no appt. The gentleman was quick and efficient yet thorough and courteous. Usually go to Mail Bar across the street but they were too busy. Really liked this place because they asked if you wanted extras like gel or designs but didn’t push. Nice

The lady in red refused to provide service because I had a baby with me. She said come back with no baby I can not wait … my baby is 6 weeks doing what babies do nothing !!! This place has to be the worst place I’ve ever got my nails and pedicure done at. I have colored acrylic I told the lady I wanted same color, she told me they didn’t have any color to match if I wasn’t desperate to get my nails I would of walked out. Then she filled my nails and made them look wide and chunky and my pedicure it’s like she was doing a horrible job on purpose. After 2 days the polish started peeling on my thumb only

Honestly the worst costumer service, they have a difficult time listing to what you want and are extremely rude and get loud with you and try to rush you, at the end they can’t even perform the service I wanted and they charge way to much and you don’t even get what you want. I also saw and heard them being rude to an older lady that was with a Walker and they didn’t help her with it , so if disabled do not come they are not friendly. The main thing that upset me most is that when I was telling them what I want, they didn’t even do, I said no French tips and they still did it and charged me extra for it, this just shows that they don’t care about what is best for customers and what they want. They only care about getting u in and out and are extremely rude at that. Gezzzz at least be nice to the people going in to pay for a service.
