Customer service alone is great. Felt warm and noticed they had a family feel towards their customers. Sonny did a very good job on my nails and let me know upfront that he wasn’t the one who did designs. He did a good job on my French manicure and was very friendly. He paid attention to the care of my nails especially the ones that were splitting. I’ll be back!

I don’t know why people even like this place! The young girls that work here all have attitudes, they only nice to you if they do your nails! They don’t even speak to you they just look at you funny! They all have their “regulars” that they deal with so they worship each other lol. I stopped getting my nails done here, terrible customer service!

Very great experience. I randomly went in while waiting for my dad to get a fair cut next door. They take their time which is a major plus for me. They’re honest when you ask how long will the wait be. I would wait patiently for an hour for the young lady with freckles. She shapes my nails perfect & even makes them look real

Totally pleased with the service, Sunday I called 20 minutes before they opened and I was told to come over right away. About 10 minutes later I was picking out polish, next I was seated in a pedicure chair. It was one of the nicest pedicures I have ever had.

5 Star Nails is hands down the best place to get your nails done in the area. It is a family business, everyone that works there is part of the family, it doesn’t matter who does your nails, they all do great work! Your nails will look beautiful, and they last at least 3 weeks, and at times I have stretched it to almost 4, and have never (knock wood) had a nail break off!!! I will not go anywhere else!
