The girl who did my hair, didn’t know what they hell she was doing, I cut my 2 year olds daughter hair better than she and I never even cut hair before. The way she cut my hair was chopped straight, the next day after I washed of the curls, My husband pointed out lots of patches of hairs longer than my haircut, he said to go in and get them to fix it but at this point I trusted him to fix my hair over that Solon. Flor did my hair, she kept asking the older lady if the color looks right and if the hair cut looks right and at the end the older lady went in to fix the hair cut but obviously didn’t do a good job I didn’t really see what was happening to my hair the whole time because I was faced the room rather than the merrier and if the older lady knew how to do ombré hair color, she should have corrected the young girl rather than let her experiment on me. She curled my hair so I didn’t notice that they didn’t even blend my hair color in, there is a clear line between dark and blonde hair color, definitely not how an ombré should look like. They changed 110$ for this ugly thing, and I waisted 4 hours of my life to get my hair ruined. Calling their Solon 5 stars is a ballsy move when they let some random girl who doesn’t know what she is doing to cut and color people’s hair.
