I bought 2 separate and couples massage packages and every one of us in the family have left the Foot Spa extremely happy, relaxed and looking forward to coming back! David was absolutely amazing. He focused on pressure points and occasionally checked up on me to make sure I was doing fine. Everyone was nice. Facility smells nice and it’s clean. Towels were just the right size to cover your body. When I was laying down I saw these pretty Asian umbrellas hanging upside down on the ceiling as a decor.

My wife and I decided to go Five Star Gold Foot Spa for a couples massage, let’s just say that we were better off not coming. During the massage, they provided a bucket of warm water for our feet and it wasn’t even lukewarm so that was disappointing. My massage therapist was breathing really heavy as if they were exercising, which made the experience not as comfortable. The massage alone was more like 1 star instead of 5 because the process felt rushed and they weren’t even gentle most of the time. In addition, it was very noisy to the point we could hear people from other massage rooms far from us so it didn’t give my wife and I the “peaceful” experience we were hoping. What made the experience go from bad to worse was at the front desk. As my wife and I were leaving, I was going to leave some form of a tip but then my massage therapist told me verbatim “You tip $10 each”. When I declined her request, she looked at me and my wife and spoke in a different language (most likely insults) as she was walking away. The receptionist saw the whole thing happened and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Tipping is EARNED, NOT REQUIRED. This business should be ashamed of themselves, if anyone hasn’t done it already my wife and I will report them to the BBB. Do not recommend coming here again.

A beautiful space with gentle music and nourishing massage. Massage was not too intense, though could have been better technique on the feet. Also, the foot water buckets were a little too high and were uncomfortable around the legs. But overall a nourishing experience

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE GIFTED WITH A GROUPON FOR COUPLES MASSAGE. We booked appointment and when we got there they said the groupon was too old and they could not even give us credit for amount paid. (expired 2 weeks prior). We had just requested that they apply the purchase amount to our massage. So, we decided to pay with our credit card for the couples massage and request refund from Groupon. BAD MOVE! Groupon said the voucher was redeemed and they are not willing to refund. So Five Star got paid twice and we are out our gift.

Made an appointment for a couples massage for our Anniversary. Over looked the bad reviews as you just can’t please everyone… I was mistaken this time. Showed up early to make sure we were there on time. The couple before us was late for their appointment and the owner wanted us to wait another 30 min or do single massages. Why make an appointment a week in advance if they do not respect your time? Returned groupon. BTW, the prices are cheaper in the “shop” than Groupon. I’d avoid it either way. Too many other competent choices around. My vacation time is more valuable than sitting in a parking lot waiting for them.

Very rude front desk clerk who has no customer service skills! Asked me to tip for services that weren’t even worth tipping for. There is no legal authority to force customers to tip after service so why would you try to enforce something that is illegal? After I refused to tip, she stated “You can leave.” and motioned for me to walk out the door. Unbelievably the worst experience I’ve had while visiting Las Vegas. If the service was worth the tip, then I would’ve done so. I booked a 60 min couples massage and received a “rub down” instead. The masseuse rubbed cold lotion directly on to my skin instead of rubbing it in her hands beforehand. She didn’t ask how much pressure I desired before beginning. Some areas I felt she was digging her elbow too deeply into my skin and then rubbing the skin, not massaging. I should’ve known better because before making the appointment, I was going to purchase the Groupon afterwards, but the person who answered the phone suggested that I just pay them directly whatever Groupon was charging. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
