This place is completely unprofessional! Came in at 4 30pm for a cut when they are supposed to close at 7pm and told me they were not taking anymore clients when there was no one waiting! You would think being a long time customer they would have appreciation for their customers. Avoid the barber with that rat ponytail. Dude needs a lesson in customer service.

There are some good barbers here, but they’re inconvenient. If you try to call the shop nobody picks up the phone. Other customers I’ve spoken with in the shop have this same problem. There have also been a couple occasions where I come in well before closing time and a barber decides he doesn’t wanna cut anymore hair after his next/current customer. This is very inconvenient to come out of your way to go to this shop for no reason. A lot of this could be avoided with communication, something this shop does not have.

this spot deserves 5 star..Rafel (sorry for the spelling)was awsome..excellent fade..fresh cut..and like he said NEXT LEVEL!!! I moved here frm NYC and was not sure what to expect…usually barber shops here take only appointments…I walked in when they were almost closed..but they took me and this is gona be my go to barber spot now..highly recommended!!!!!!

Five Star Barbershop is by far the best barbershop I’ve been to. I have a buddy that drives 1 hour to get his haircut here. Every time I go I get a better haircut. Five Star deserves five stars. My regular barbershop closed down and I’ve tried a couple of places since, but they’re the best. Roberto gave me a fantastic haircut, and the price is reasonable. I’ve found my new barbershop.

Worst service ever. Unprofessional. Cutting your hair then stop to reply to their texts, multiple times. And people are not qualified. They cut my skin twice. There used to be a guy who works there , I think he’s the owner and he’s the only guy over there you can trust. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
