Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been seeing Lisa for about a month now and she has been focusing on my neck and shoulder area that has been causing me problems for the past 6 years. She has helped me with this so much and she lets me know what is causing the problem and spends a lot of time making sure that area has had a lot of attention before moving onto less problem areas. I have noticed a big difference in my whole body alignment. She knows exactly what areas are causing pain just by feeling. She puts in a lot of energy and seems passionate about what she does. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish they had a front desk person to schedule appointments and handle calls as it disrupts the massage experience if the call flow is busy. An online appointment system would work as well as it is best to set an appointment ahead rather than walk in and hope there’s a spot. I do highly recommend for therapeutic massage and cupping! Second time just as good as first! I have been to Five Points Massage several times and they are so friendly, professional and are really great! Melody is very strong, and really provided a good deep tissue massage. Angela we have used several times as well, and both my husband and my 14 year said she was great. I felt always at ease, safe and it’s a relaxing environment. I plan to go back monthly with the rates as good as they are!

Very disappointed with service. Therapist did not address any of the areas of concern even after I pointed them out specifically. Focused nearly 3/4 of a 90 minute service on areas not in need of attention. Also very disorganized approach overall. Seemed as though she was “killing time” then rushing at the end. The worst aspect of the service occurred during the payment process. Therapist became angry and berated me during checkout for not giving her what SHE thought was a large enough gratuity which was 10% which granted was on the low end but did reflect the poor quality of service I was provided. I was floored at the lack of professionalism and unmitigated gall of the practitioner. I will not be returning to this facility and would not recommend their services.
