I’m never one to try to trash a business, or post a negative review. My wife came here to get her nails done ahead of our marriage. The staff was not respectful, and really didn’t care. Ultimately the work was terrible. Her nails were chipping prior to our wedding day. If you have any kind of special occasion I wouldn’t trust this place.

I grew up in the Killington area and I never want to bash a local business but, I went there to get my nails done for my WEDDING day and was beyond disappointed. I have had several friends who have gotten married in the area since and I have told them to steer clear of five elements for their nails. I didn’t get gel but I was assured that the polish I got would last at least two weeks, it barely lasted two days. And no I was not doing anything crazy that would cause them to chip. We also added a friend last minute and were asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier, fine no problem, we get their 30 minutes earlier and stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes anyways. The employees were also stand offish and rude, with the exception of one girl who did my nails (i think she had blonde hair) she was the only person who was nice or even said congratulations to me. It was definitely a negative experience during a time that is supposed to be so happy and fun.

Was a little disappointed today with my facial I was truly looking forward to it as I’ve heard good things. I’ve had many facials over my life here in this area and out of state. It was average nothing spectacular that would make me want to return. Maybe it was because I had younger lady with not much experience, with that being said they shouldn’t charge full price.

Did not receive any services. Appointment only, which was not listed on their website. Tried calling, no answer. When we arrived, there was a receptionist at the desk. She said they usually book 4 weeks out. Would have been nice to know before we drove all the way there.

I recently went in and had a facial by Bex…But it was so much more than a facial. It was such a wonderful Spa experience. Bex was very welcoming and her space was clean, relaxing and calming. She was very knowledgeable and spoke to me about what she was doing each step of the way. The hot stones, warm towels on my face and arms and hands massage almost lulled me to sleep-such Bliss! I felt pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend

Five Elements is such a relaxing place to enter – it changes my whole day. I’ve been for massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, saving … I recommend them for all of it! The people may change, but the quality of service never does … And for those who like to shop around for interesting and fun items, they have a great selection of items to choose from – and not just hair products.
