I made reservations for my grandmother and I to get mani/Pedi done by the online booking. We came in the door, super friendly got us seated and soaking right off the bat. Here’s where the two stars come from, I had Titania who seemed to distracted the whole time by her phone and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The laziest pedicure I have ever had for one. I was also not even asked how I wanted my nails shaped and just decided for me.

I walked in and sat down and nobody greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. I sat for about 10 minutes and still nothing. Not to mention, the salon had an awful sewage smell. Won’t be back.

I went here for dip powder on my natural nails and I asked for ombré from light pink to white. I didn’t think it looked very good, but I didn’t want to be rude. The very next day one had already cracked and other ones look shattered. I wasn’t doing much on them for this to happen. The employees were really nice to me and I enjoyed being there, but I wouldn’t recommend them.

Positive: Communication, QualityI went here for the first time and found my new nail place! Emily was so sweet & funny. I got SNS dip and she dipped each nail 4 times making them so durable. She did a great job and took the time to make sure each nail was perfectly shaped. I was so impressed and will definitely go back!

I recently moved to Virginia and I was recommended this salon. My nails are lumpy, misshapen, and yellow when they were supposed to be white. And whatever chemical they put on my nails burned for hours after my appointment.

The salon is nice, the people that work there are great, but the quality of my manicure (and that of two others with me) was poor at best. Had a gel manicure where the polish seemed old, started peeling the same day, lasted two days and had to be removed. Cuticles were trimmed so low, several fingers bled and several days after that the skin on my fingers started peeling back from where the cuticles were cut. Will not go back.
