You guys, Caitlin of Caitlin’s Esthetics is so sweet, so easy to work with, and really good at what she does. I had a Groupon for 3 facials, and the first one went off without a hitch: great routine, and a great conversation about my skin and what tips I could use to help. I got my second appointment a bit mixed up (showed up a week early when I put it in my calendar wrong) but SHE TOOK ME ANYWAY. The whole hour I had no idea I wasn’t supposed to be there, but we got through a great few masks and microdermabrasion and I left once again happy with my skin and ready for my next appointment. It was until later when she texted me to say that she was cancelling my appointment for next week and keeping me on for our newly scheduled appointment (what a saint). I’m excited for my last Groupon facial so I can schedule regularly with my newfound favorite esthetician.
