As I enter the shop I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by receptionist. The entire store is clean with products neatly arranged but no high pressure sales. Professional staff are on time and ready to tend to my specific requests. I’ve had the pleasure of having several people in each area of expertise work on me and none have disappointed.Haircuts and shampoo stylists have included Glory, Grace and Mary and all were gentle and aimed to please.Mani-pedicure have been either Nancy or Rosalie and both ladies take time to tend to not only nails but also cuticles, hands, feet and lower legs providing exfoliating scrubs and deep conditioning. Choosing and applying polish in such a maticulous manner so as to be sure of full coverage and long lasting results.Facials are literally fantabulous, serene and very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa in Duluth MN located on the shoreline of Lake Superior. As I enter the shop I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by receptionist. The entire store is clean with products neatly arranged but no high pressure sales. Professional staff are on time and ready to tend to my specific requests. Positive: QualityI loved what they did for my hair and makeup on my wedding day! First of all, they are basically the only salon in the area that is open on Sunday, which is when I got married. I never did a trial and just showed up since this was a bit of a destination wedding. I didn’t really have photos because french braids for weddings isn’t very popular, so I told my stylist what I wanted and gave her some clip in extensions. I absolutely loved my hair! Turned out exactly what I was hoping for! The makeup was nice too, I asked for something natural but nice and that’s what I got. I never did a trial and just showed up since this was a bit of a destination wedding.
