My experience with Fit N Tan Winghaven has been everything I can ask for and more! Over the summer I got really tan from being by the pool and I really wanted to keep my tan throughout the winter, I had just moved to area and was trying to figure out which tanning salon would best fit my needs, I first tried Palm Beach Tan and STL Sun Tan & Spa and neither place really made me feel comfortable or a valued customer like Fit N Tan does. The pricing and inclusive membership is so much more than any other place, the membership is easy to maintain, easy to understand-there is no hidden fees or complicated aspects of it what so ever. I pay cash for my membership every month while still having my debit card on file and I’ve never had any issues. The price for the membership as well is very reasonably priced as well, the other places I went before were double if not triple the price and didn’t offer as many incentives or amenities. My experience with the staff has been everything and more I could ask for as well. They really care about your needs and what your goal is for what tan your trying to achieve. The staff helps guide you and explain to you what skin products & lotions will help you in particular to your certain skin type, without you feeling like they are just trying to sell you the most expensive lotion on the shelf- like I have experienced at other tanning salons before. They are also very informative in helping you develop a tanning process/regimen/routine, so you are using the right type of lotion in certain level beds and you get the most out of your experience and you don’t ever feel like you just keep tanning and your not seeing any results. The staff is like family and will make you feel like your the best family friend they have, they truly make you feel comfortable and welcome. So overall don’t waste your time or money going any where else but here.

She knew exactly what shade I was looking for, helped me find perfect products to keep my tan strong and she was beyond professional and kind. I look great and feel great! Quite possibly the WORST place you could ever decide to get a tanning membership at. After so many horrible experiences, you may want to cancel… BUT they won’t let you. They continue to charge your card after you’ve already canceled and the only way to get refunded is to contact the BBB and call the DM over and over for weeks until she finally makes time to answer your call. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Would not recommend. A family member had a package deal with this salon for well over a year when she went to cancel she had to jump through hoops and has still not had her membership permanently canceled. She hadn’t used the service for six months before she canceled due to not having the time to go any longer. She had gone into the salon,had filled out paperwork, and she also had to cancel two bank cards and file a fraud claim to get her money back since they had ran a payment again after so many attempts to cancel.The fraud department issued her money back and canceled her last card, yet again the salon is still sending her emails about a monthly payment or saying she will owe more, she has spoken with the owner directly, gone through fraud department to cancel the cards and obtain refund and they still can’t get her removed from a billing list. I have never left a negative review anywhere in my lifetime but what I have watched her deal with here has been completely ridiculous.
