2nd/final update: buckle up. I decided to reach out to the salon, rather than just put them on blast on googs. It’s completely understandable that everyone has a bad day, and service pros almost always prefer having the opportunity to make a bad experience right. I sent an email that explained the problems in a polite, straightforward way and said that I would really appreciate a do-over. Someone named Aliza responded very quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and asked when I’d like to come. I gave her my availability, and she offered me that night at 5:30. I let her know I had an appointment at 7:00, she seemed to think there was enough time.

I wish I could give them 10 stars, service was amazing ! My first time coming here and it’s been the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I have been coming here for months now and have had a great experience every time, no matter the nail tech! I have always had an issue with gel peeling off and have tried so many salons with no luck. My gel manicures here always last at least 2 weeks and even longer when I don’t get back in time. Reasonably priced, clean and nice staff. Super happy with this salon!

This place is professional, reliable, and super cute! They always offer you something to drink and the points system saves you money if you’re a regular. The prices are fair and they always do a great job. They have a good selection of dip, gel, and regular polish colors and they really care about the health and strength of your nails.

Went as a walk-in. My nail technician asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She took her time without being slow. The space is clean and service is great!

I really like it here, but unfortunately as another review said regardless of appointment time you will always wait a very long time to be seen (unless you come at a totally off time). I don’t know why they consistently over book themselves so badly. It’s 4pm on a Saturday and I am waiting alongside 4 other people with 3:30pm appointments like myself. It’s really frustrating and I have to calculate at least an extra hour every time I come here. I’ve had a couple times where my nails felt rushed but generally they do well. I would only recommend coming here if you’re able to do so early on a weekday.
