Went in first thing this morning, needed to change my color and be quick with the appointment. I was in and out with a quick mani pedi with in 45-50 mins and I still feel as though she paid great attention to detail. Thank you very much for a great experience

Man was very professional and did a good pedicure. Considering how my feet were a disaster when I came in I feel he did a great job. Paint job was ok….could be better. Overall this place is clean and service was fast.

I’m from Brooklyn and not use to the low quality of services up here. This is yet another example of a disappointing nail salon. Literally hit or miss. Mostly miss. Nails do not last. Will not be coming back to being overcharged, disrespected, and the quality is trash. I don’t even know where to go, but I hate living up here because all of these shops are garbage including this one.

May’s an appointment with one of my best friends who is a long time clients of theirs and when we arrived they took her right away but made me wait over a half hour over my appointment time. The person who I had made the appointment with took someone who had come right before me as a walk in and as a result I had to wait until a quarter after 2 when my appointment was 1:30. When I expressed my frustration with this the woman who was doing my friends Nails kept telling me that the person who was doing mine was very quick and he would be done shortly and just to wait and finally he got to me. Although he was very fast and he was very nice the entire appointment was rushed and I was left with a half-done job and as a result I have to go back tomorrow to another place to have it fixed. I will not be returning to this salon again.

I don’t get my nails done but my fiance has gone there in the past,not sure if they have new staff or owners ,but we she was completely unhappy with the service,she brought a picture of what she would like and the woman told her she would not do that and gave an attitude.. she asked if she could get something similar and they lady made up a horrible creation and my fiance wound up tearing them off and wasting her time and money.. maybe it was just the one girl,but I’ve heard othere that have had a good experience there. Worth a shot.

Tried this place twice. The first time I went I got a gel manicure and the woman doing my nails was rough and very sloppy. I actually hated the experience and the finished results and swore I wouldn’t go back. Several months later, I needed a gel polish change and as a last resort I stopped in thinking they really couldn’t mess that up. I secretly hoped I wouldn’t get the same woman but, I did. Not only was she rough and sloppy once again, but it looked like I did it myself and payed $18 for garbage. Her station and everything on it was filthy. To top it off, the rest of the staff is rude and unfriendly. Will never return.

Tried this place for the first time a older gentleman did my nails he was very nice , however he was extremely rough my skin is ripped off under my nail and he charged me $80 for a full set , absolutely outrageous price , will not be returning I don’t know how these places think it’s okay to charge these prices . I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a pedicure. I know Saturday’s is a really tough time to get in and get a pedicure but we are fortunate to get right in and not just sit and wait in cold water like I have encountered in other places. We brought her own nail polishes and usher to the back sat down the water was run, the pedicures were done. I even paid extra for a longer massage. I know for a fact the owner was the one who was doing the pedicure, she actually was a little sloppy and there was nail polish on my skin.
