Today I just took 3 of my daughter’s to get their nails done for the first time and they loved it!!! They have always treated my children and I like family. I have been going to First Tip nails for 14 years now… I have ALWAYS gotten my eyebrows waxed here. Kim and Tommy are the best!!! Today I just took 3 of my daughter’s to get their nails done for the first time and they loved it!!! They have always treated my children and I like family. I live about an hour away now, but they’re worth the drive everytime!!!

I’ve been going to first tip nails for 13+ years. I have tried other nail shops throughout the years only because of location purposes, But I always end up back here because They are the best!! They are worth the drive. Kim and Tommy’s customer service is impeccable, they’re super attentive and kind. They always find a way to squeeze me in when I need them the most because my schedule is so hectic I continually wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment. Their prices are at the lower end of the spectrum and very fair for the wonderful quality work they do. Foot massages are amazing and no one can shape my nails or do my eyebrows the way Kim can!I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was recommended to this salon by a friend. When it comes to my nails I am quite particular about how I want my nails specifically with the shape. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in regardless. The wait wasn’t long at all for a Saturday. Once I sat down Kim asked and listened to what I wanted…and she delivered! She was very careful and detailed with the shape and color of my nails. I was very happy with my nails. It’s a small and simple chic nail salon wth absolute great customer service! As if that wasn’t enough they address their clients by their first name which is such a personable touch and they make you’re visit fun and enjoyable. The owners, Tommy and Kim, love to laugh and joke with their clients once they get to know you. I absolutely love this place.

They maintain a high awareness of appointment times and let you know of any delays which is infrequent. Kim and Tommy are very knowledgeable and thorough as well as very personable and attentive. I would highly recommend going here!!! They are very personable and talk with you about your life and just about anything. I have tried going to other nail salons near my home in Pasco, but I never feel as welcomed as I do here. This is also the only place I go to get my eyebrows done because I know Kim will do it just how I want every time.
