I managed a Drs. office for 16 years and this is how I always wanted our patients to feel. I never felt like I was being “sold” anything. Non-cosmetic WAL for Lipedema. Dr Shapira and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They addressed all of my questions and concerns before, during, and after my procedure. Nothing was ever rushed, and no amount of questions were too many. They kept me as comfortable as possible and were fantastic about following up to check on me post surgery. All of the staff was willing to answer any questions that I had about my aftercare. I appreciate each and every one of them!

I did a lot of research before choosing where to get my Botox done and I can see why First State Med Spa came so highly rated amongst my neighbors! From start to finish they were all very kind and the Doctor is quite friendly and knowledgeable as well. The office is clean and I feel that the prices were very reasonable.

While everyone was extremely kind, I very much regret spending as much money as I did on the laser lipo a little under a year ago. I have weird uneven fat deposits mainly above my belly button more so on the left now even with my consistent exercise and diet. It was also extremely extremely painful, I was crying nearly the entire suctioning part of the procedure and had to take more Xanax and Percocet during and also needed to be re-numbed multiple times. The laughing gas also did absolutely nothing for me, personally. Recovery for me was also not as easy as the website said whatsoever. I unfortunately wasn’t able to workout for 2 months because I still had a lot of pain in certain parts of my abdomen. Although I have a bit more of an hourglass shape, I have become even more unhappy with my body than before because of the odd uneven fat throughout my stomach.

I had laser treatments done from them. They have a lovely spa and everyone was very helpful and caring to go over everything with me, listen to my concerns. Etc. also never were pushy about anything which I have found in other spas. Overall 5 stars for Great service, caring staff, nice value and I liked my results.
