They greet me with smiles and ensure that I am satisfied with the service before they let me leave. Still after the pandemic they ensure that everything is sanitized. So, I came from out of town for a wedding. After working 6 days of 12h shifts in the days immediately before my trip, I didn’t have time to get a manicure needed for the bridal party. I wanted a basic mani with french tips and a color change on my toes. I just needed quick and basic. Calling in, I got pricing from a nice gentleman but when I arrived, my nail tech had a hard time understanding what I was looking for. We sorted it out in the end but she did a mediocre job. It was just ok. Again, I wanted basic but I expected basic done well. Also, the tech spent a lot of the time trying to upsell me with gel polish. I kept declining and then she basically said that if I leave and mess up the color they can’t fix it because I didn’t get gel. I was annoyed by this and wanted to leave but in my need to get this one thing taken care of and off my plate, I stayed.

I have been going to this same nail salon for close to 17 yrs. They are the best and I have never had any problems with my nails. Their service is totally professional and exceptionally clean and sterile. Everyone is top notch. My daughters have moved to Charlotte but they drive here to get their nails and feet done. I was there today to get my eyebrows waxed. I have been going there for 8 years and have never had a problem. The lady that always does my nails did my eyebrows her name is Bo and she totally messed up my eyebrows, she cut off half of the left brow and when i looked i told her to pluck the left brow to make it even and she cut it off. I walked out because i didn’t want to cause a scene. Once i calmed down i came back in and asked her to fix it. she then plucked more off the left brow and before i did something crazy i left. This company will never get my money again. they rush and do things like this. i would suggest no one go there for eyebrows. Bo was the only one that could do my eyebrows because everyone else is a mess and she cut my brow off. Please don’t do this again with another customer go back to school or something!!!

I came to this nail salon to try something new but soon regretted it. The nail tech who attended me did a super careless job. I asked for a basic manicure thinking it’d be simple and easy but I was wrong. She barley touched my cuticles, then applied the nail polish with NO effort. I looked at my nails and they had nail polish all over the sides, my cuticles looked dry, and uneven. I asked her to clean one of the nails and with her rubber glove she rubbed the side, which just made it worse. I ended up paying $30 and if I’d known my experience would be like that I’d save my money, and do a better job at painting my nails at home. I will not be coming back to this establishment!

I went here as a last minute option and NEVER AGAIN! I got my nails done here a week ago and ALL my nails are already lifting HORRIBLY. I have never experienced this at my normal nail shop. I will not be back bc the nails aren’t worth the money and neither is having someone hover over you waiting for you to tip them. I wish I hadn’t bc clearly the nails aren’t worth it.

Critical: QualityI asked for coffin shaped nails not curvy nails and this is what I got. First the nail tech didn’t shape or file my nails smooth (seen in pic) then when I asked them to fix it they had me pay first (nails weren’t even polished) saying it’s there policy! Now my nails are polished and you can see how the polish made my nails looked extra big and lumpy, the manager had the audacity to tell me that every nail tech is different and has different style?!!! I’m a paying customer and if I’m not happy then fix it! Lesson learned! I will never come back here! WASTE OF MONEY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
