The guy kept smacking his lips while doing my nails and my middle & ring nail was uneven n the polish was thick & sloppy i asked for a basic square french tip and ive never had nails look so horrible, i will NEVER come to this place this isnt the first time ive had bad service at this place. i wouldnt recommend this place if you like your nails shaped correctly and sharp and even. when i mentioned i didnt like them the guy didnt care & i still paid for the nails i didnt like. this place only cares about money not there costumers.

I have been going here for years since 2014 and they are always changing owners. That is one thing I don’t like and that I actually hate. I get used to someone and then they are gone. The owners I miss the most are Sony and Sandy I miss them and wish they would come back. They are the only ones I loved that did my nails and the always did an amazing job. I would come in and they would do something new without me having a clue. I would tell them give me something new and I always left satisfied. Now it is just like well I just got my nails done but I am never fully satisfied. If Sony and Sandy have relocated here in San Antonio I would love to know where. I would drive anywhere to have them do my nails again. Mike was also a good person who did nails but he too is gone.

Went in for a pedicure and a dip on my nails. The wife who normally does my dip was in Vietnam and the husband didn’t want to do the dip and wanted to leave and hour early so he wouldn’t do my dip on my nails after telling me he would. Very rude! Won’t return.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityUsed to be my favorite place to get my nails done they rushed threw and was not to my liking left gaps on the side of my nails. They were nice to customers but quality service this place was not. Also made me feel a bit uncomfortable because they all talk in different languages so customers do not understand them. Used to be my favorite place to get my nails done they rushed threw and was not to my liking left gaps on the side of my nails. They were nice to customers but quality service this place was not. Also made me feel a bit uncomfortable because they all talk in different languages so customers do not understand them. Found this pretty rude. Just went in for a pedicure today and there wasn’t too many people so I was seated fast. The tech who worked on me was amazing. I felt like she took her time (No one else waiting so not sure how she would be on a busy day). The massage was nice and she was very gentle and would smile every time we made eye contact. She didn’t hurt me and the attention to detail was on point!. I relaxed in the very nice massage chair and watched a video on my phone as she worked. The pedicure was only $30 and I felt that for the service it is definitely worth it . P.S. always tip your tech they work hard!

So I went to get my nails done, there is a man who always does my nails very good there, unlike a Vietnamese lady who works there, she is young, watch out for her, she will do your nails very quick, my set of nails that I paid 50$ for started to come undone after a week, I go back, she fixes that one nail. I love it here. The workers are very nice and go along way after finishing my nails. They are very fast at doing nails here. They’re very polite and the young lady and young man do a very good job! I will always come to this place & won’t go anywhere else.
