I had a gel manicure here yesterday, and it was a great experience. Kay was so kind and incredibly detailed and thorough when it came to my nails. The color started to go on too thick on a few of my nails, and she fixed it right away, before I even noticed there was any issue. I will go back in the future and would definitely recommend to others!

Was able to get an appointment on short notice. I was attracted by the ability to get a French manicure using the dip powder method which I think is rather unusual. The tech did a good job on my nails although preoccupied (understandably) because she lost internet service and the manager was not responding to her efforts to contact them. Although I had checked the website about fees, I was surprised by the info at checkout about an additional $10 fee for removing the dip polish I had because I was a new customer. I thought perhaps I missed that detail on the site and didn’t question the charge. Internet was still out when I left so they postponed the charge on my card instead of making me go to an ATM for cash. I thought that was customer friendly. However, when I checked the site again there was no mention of this policy for dip polish, nor of an extra charge for dip polish removal; word to the wise. The manicure is three weeks old and still looks great.

this salon is the best around. not only are they welcoming & friendly, they’re also accommodating & detail oriented. It was my first time visiting the salon & I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Although it was busy, I never felt anything less than a priority. Will definitely be making this my one and only salon from here on out.

I’m not one to usually get my nails done because1) I’m not gentle on my hands and my manicures last all of 3 days before I destroy them2) Something always goes wrong it seems and I’m not happy3) it’s expensiveBut this was HANDS DOWN the best manicure I’ve ever had.
