Everyone there is super nice and gentle, however I had some issues. It was not the cleanest. Acrylic powder everywhere. So much that it got on the top coat of my nail. (See picture) The area wasnt wiped down at all. The tips used were flimsy and cheap. They started to ‘lift’ about a 11 days after they were applied. For the price paid I will not be going back.

Do not recommend at all since the change in ownership! I went in there for a full set and a pedicure… While sitting there doing my pedicure the man started doing my nails as soon as he started glueing on the tips I asked him if he could fix them because he was putting them so far down they were really just attached to the tip of my finger now… The actual finger not the nail… He said it would be fine once the acrylic got on… I was being patient and I allowed him to continue he started putting the acrylic on my pinky nail and it was running all over the place touching my skin and he would pick it up and put it back on top of the nail so I politely asked him to stop that I would just rather do my pedicure, no nail service he kept going and started doing my ring finger and I told him that it was really OK I did not want to get the nails done any longer. But that I would pay for my pedicure.. Mind you the lady had already told me it was going to be $55 for my pedicure. They charged me $85… When I ask them why there was than a magical up charge for removing the nails that were not done properly.

My girlfriend and I both got the volcano pedicures, they were awesome. We both left very happy, relaxed and refreshed; my girlfriend’s nails looked great also. We’ll be back and highly recommend first lady nails!

The nicest nail shop I ever been to but the service I received was horrible especially the pedicure my nails turned out okay and that’s not good enough especially for $130 that I paid. During my pedicure she never touched the bottom of my feet not one time and when I asked her about it she told me I didn’t need it. Had her wax my chin and I still had hair when I left at that point I was done complaining because I had already been there 2 hours plus for just a full set and a pedicure and a lip wax…. I had to let y’all know because my feet are not slipping through these sheets like they should be LOL never going back

Love coming here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They make sure they aren’t rough and is gentle while doing the nails. Coming here I’ve had new nail ideas done that I would never do but end up loving! Only nails I have pictures of but love them!!
