Critical: ProfessionalismSo sad that Kristi was so unprofessional. Not only did she announce my root smudge was blotchy to another family employee but when I washed my hair and straightened it I saw the splotches that were hidden by the curls they send you off with. I contacted her to ask if she could correct this and was ignored. She used her fingers to do my root smudge and I’m not sure if it was that or her rushing the process with poor sectioning. She was so busy roughing up my scalp pulling and yanking with her long fake nails I was left in pain. Over her loud talking about her drug addicted family members and rushing while telling me how excited about her pool she can’t wait to see after work and the new salon location she couldn’t wait to visit after her last cut of the day, I really feel this atmosphere wasn’t even remotely relaxing or good quality as there just wasn’t quality time taking care of her work and I’m so disappointed since it appeared on Facebook and Instagram there was much to be excited for. As others have said in their reviews I was also just herded in and herded out. Horrible service. Update: during the session she also stated the purple she put in had somehow turned turquoise. She fixed it to purple. I’ve been using keracolor to keep the purple in and less than a week without keeping up with the purple, my hair is dark blue. I’m pretty upset that I’ll have to have it color corrected but at this point I’d be happy paying double what I paid at first impressions in order to get a great stylist to actually not rush and take short cuts.So sad that Kristi was so unprofessional. So sad that Kristi was so unprofessional. Not only did she announce my root smudge was blotchy to another family employee but when I washed my hair and straightened it I saw the splotches that were hidden by the curls they send you off with. This was supposed to be a perm went back and all she did was cut more off I told her before I even let her do my hair that I had a bad experience with another hair styles in the past and she gave me her word that she would do a good job on it and she didn’t now she it telling no refund and she will not fix it because I would have to have it redone in 6 to 8 weeks anyway due to regrowth I have not ever seen or heard of anyone having to get a perm every 6 to 8 weeks
