I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars are not available. I explained to this person how my hair reacts to SHORT LAYERED F* HAIR. Guess what she decided to do? Worst haircut I’ve ever had done. My hair was long and healthy, I went in for a trim and maintain my cut. This hairdresser, I believe her name was Shelly or Shelby, I don’t even remember anymore, but she cut more than half of my hair off. Did a HORRIBLE job, and you’re right, First Impressions do count and I’m never coming back or suggest it to any of my friends. I’m frustrated and I can’t even wear my hair down because it looks horrible.THANKS FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
