I had been growing my style out and was looking for a new stylist. She was wonderful. She is professional and knowledgeable. I get compliments on my cut often. Critical: QualityI have been steaming mad about this for just over a week but and I do not like to complain. This is the first negative review I have ever written. I went to get my roots touched up, they were definitely overdue. I couldn’t see a problem until I got home and took a photo of the top of my head. The roots don’t show up as drastically as they did before the appointment but they sure are visible. I sent a photo copy of the photo to a friend and also a high endhairstylist in Naples, FL. I made no attempt to influence either one but asked them if they would be happy with the job. Both said: Absolutely not. I’ll be kind and not mention the name of the stylist. Obviously the wrong color was used and I’m sure the stylist could see her error but she said nothing about it. Aside from my roots the color used also dulled down the color of my hair overall.
