Let’s just say my first impression of this place is not good at all. I called before I came to the shop and asked if they take Walk- Ins. I was told absolutely and I headed up to the shop. When I arrived it was busy and every chair was full. There were two other customers waiting before me. I patiently waited for an hour and no one acknowledged me or said anything to me. I continued to wait and noticed two barbers were free and no other customers were waiting. Neither Barber acknowledged me or even attempted to say anything to me. I finaly left about an hour and thirty minutes of waiting.This was really disappointing and unprofessional. Someone should have acknowledge me, gave me an update or something. I wonder if other people have went through this. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. To totally be ignored is not a good feeling.
