Black and gray tattoo was done at first impressions. I wasn’t happy at all after it healed so I went back to speak to them. I received unprofessional, uncaring attitude. I have known these folks for a long time and I trusted them. I did lose my temper badly for which I called back and apologized. However I have lost faith in them. The man who messed it up was unapologetic, sarcastic, and disrespectful.
