This salon is super clean and modern. It’s spacious and they have many nail stations. The pedicure chairs have massagers and work really well. In addition to the nice environment and amenities, my nail technicians did an excellent job. The pedicure was luxurious and included a nice massage. Both my toes and hands turned out perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t have a problem with both branches I just don’t like the branch in San Carlos. I filed my own nails let’s start there. The lady didn’t understand me because of lack of communication. She was making them shorter and shorter but still filing them the wrong shape. Which I don’t have a problem finding my own nails. I do have a problem when they still don’t do it right after me showing them how to do one. Then they messed them up all over again. Which ended with me just taking the file and fixing it myself which I was happy to do. She had a extremely bad attitude. Saying the boss can take over and do them which I don’t have time for. Then I asked her to fix a toenail which would’ve required her to take the color off put acrylic on to make my nails look square and she just filed my nail in a circle and said OK all done. It’s clearly not square the one she was supposed to fix. Also she didn’t want to do cuticle oil they had it. But I was ready to leave. So I didn’t bother to ask. And had an attitude about it the entire time so I probably will not come back to the location in San Carlos. I will go to the one in Belmont where at least they are very pleasant.

I’ve been here probably about a dozen times for pedicures and a few times for eyebrow waxes. The services are ok I guess but I’ve definitely had much better. The main issue is that the place is large, busy and impersonal and even if you have an appointment you often have to wait… one time I waited almost 40 min when I had an appointment. I get a pedi every week, and I like nail salons where you get to know the staff and they care about frequent repeat customers. This is not that kind of place, plus the services are really not that great.

You certainly get what you pay for here. The women here are really nice, however, my service was rushed and the tools they had used on me didn’t seem to be clean. I felt like my manicurist was in a rush to get to the next client and my polish was applied poorly and cuticles were hardly trimmed. I had to clean some of the edges up myself when I got home.

I had an appointment and they immediately sat me. Which I appreciated because other nail salons even with an appointment I had to wait another 15 minutes.The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The nails came out good.

Significantly better customer service at the Belmont location. There’a always appointment delays in San Carlos and the staff has been rude on multiple visits – for example, accusing me for showing up late when I have a text confirming the right appointment time or not communicating how long the wait is when they are running behind.
