Welcome to First Coast Neuromuscular Massage. I am a veteran-owned practice here in Jacksonville, FL specializing in Neuromuscular Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Prenatal Massage techniques. Do you want to feel better, sleep better and have less pain? I can help! I have found that neuromuscular massage is a great tool to helping to relieve the pains from not only trigger points but also tight and stressed out muscles, Are you pregnant need some relief for your back and hips. I combine neuromuscular techniques with my prenatal massage to help release those tight muscles in your back and hips. If you are having a C-Section I can help with your post surgical recovery with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to help reduce your recovery time.
