I called there to make an appointment & a lady picked up, I told her I was new in the area and was calling to inquire about services/prices, she slammed the phone on me. Stopped to inquire the same & there was no answer inspite of a car parked there. They should remove the business board from outside their property.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Sylvia is by far the sweetest, most considerate and gentle spa owner. Went there to get a Brazilian wax for the first time and have to say I probably couldn’t have had a better first time anywhere else. She was so sweet and gentle, made me feel very relaxed, and adjusted herself to everything I asked. She lives tucked away in the corner of Beckendorff, but definitely deserves a lot more business than she gets.

Terrible custom service! I would not recommend this place. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. On the day of it was storming pretty hard and the roads were getting bad. I tried to contact the spa to see if I could reschedule, but I got no answer or response. By that evening the weather was a little better so I drove a half hour to the location. When I arrived I was disappointed to find out my appointment was canceled and they gave the slot to someone else. This all could have been prevented if someone had answered my question about their rescheduling policy instead of just proceeding to cancel my appointment and NOT even telling me.
