Absolute hidden gem. It looks a little rough on the outside, but the inside is definitely first class great massage chairs, so much space, friendly staff and AMAZING margaritas! Staff at almost every other nail place in Harlingen have ruined the relaxing/fun experience. At First Class, Anna and Conrad treated my mother and I with so much respect and made us laugh for hours. I found my new nail place in they Valley!

Yesenia did my nail art, she never mentioned the price and I was charged $205 for nails. I honestly think that this was stealing and the nails are NOT worth this much money. I don’t recommend this place at all! The pedicure was not even done properly, and a massage was not even included. These are the most expensive nails I’ve ever paid for and if I would’ve known the price I would have NEVER gotten them done. This is stealing!

Luis was awesome, he really knew what he was doing! I got the $35 pedicure and purple toenails! I would definitely recommend this place!

My nails came out great at station number 9 with April. Then I went to lunch and came back for my feet to get done. Well a gentleman came and I’m totally comfortable. He was funny and cool. I was on chair number 3. Well. I woke up this morning and my toe is infected on my left foot. It’s a little swollen, red, and there’s pus.

LADIES DO NOT GO THERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I went in for acrylics and the lady who did my nails was horrible. She got glue under my nails. My friend and I noticed a pain and stinging sensation around our cuticles and under our nails. My nails were too thick, not the shape I wanted, and CROOKED. I did express what to fix and minimal effort was done & it did not get resolved. Overall not worth it, there are better places especially with More professional workers who actually can listen.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at First Class. Salon is large, and technicians are mostly Hispanic which made conversation much easier and increased my comfort. My full set was exactly what I had shown off a picture from Allure magazine alone. Will return.

They always do a great job! They are remodeling and it looks awesome. Since they remodeled I’ve been there 3 times and have noticed their customer service isn’t all there any more. I’ve waited for sum-one to do my nails n mind u sum one seats me and no one ever came. I don’t have time waste.

Girl’s Night Gone Wrong! I brought my daughters here because they wanted to get their nails done. It was their first time getting them done as teenagers and their father encouraged us to have a girls night. We did not have to wait long and did not have to schedule an appointment. The environment is very busy and very very loud music. When the workers would ask us questions, I couldn’t hear them over the music. One daughter’s nails turned out very well. she got exactly what she asked for. The worker made sure she gave her exactly what she asked for. My other daughter however, wasn’t able to get what she wanted. The worker kept changing what she was doing to her nails because either they didn’t have the product or she didn’t recommend what my daughter was asking for. I’ve never gotten my nails done like this so I thought it looks about the same just longer, it should cost the same. Let me tell you…ASK FOR PRICE FIRST!!! When my husband came in to pay for them, he demanded they stop what they were doing because my daughter’s light pink painted nails were $130 and the other one who had nails put on and art work done (very well might I add) was $95. My husband was very upset with the price and didn’t understand why what she was getting was so expensive. They ended up shortening them and just putting a clear coat to finish off the job. She charged extra for filing. Every step she charged extra. It was crazy expensive. I apologized for my husband being upset (he did not raise his voice or anything, just disagreed with what he’s being charged) but the nail lady wouldn’t even look up at me. I just waved her off and walked out. While I was standing there waiting for her to finish my daughter’s nails, there was another customer standing next to me and she said they messed up on her daughter’s nails and charged her for both the original job and the correction, coming out to a whopping $225! Her nails were not remarkable. To me, it looked like false nails were applied and painted in a neutral color. How in the world could that cost $225?! If I could separate the two experiences, I’d rate 1 daughter’s experience better than the other. My daughter was almost in tears by the end and my husband is still not talking to me because of the cost of this. Girls night fail, that’s for sure.

Nails charged were $75 + n was not even put on to my size of nail. Only painted over n with superglue over n under n then put them under heat light. ON second day…..my nails were peeling from sides…it was from all the SUPERGLUE that was used! For this work to pay $75 i could of got $4 press-ons at the Dollar General.

I wanted my toes painted with gel. There was no polish on them. Went In and usually only pay 15 for this service. I was told by some girl I have never seen before that it was 25$. That’s the same price as a basic pedicure. I told her that and said I just want my toes painted and her
