Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have never written a review for any company before but I was so upset with the service and attitude I received today . I had a dip and pedicure last month at this location , fast forward a month after I walked in today to do a soak off and a pedicure . The pedicure went fine . After the soak off , the lady briskly filed off my nails and said she was done . I asked her if I was supposed to leave the salon with my nails looking like that . She told me to go wash my hands off and the power residue will go off . This is what my hands still looked like after washing my hands with a brush (Twice). I kept on telling her she needed to use more acetone to remove the residue completely. (She briskly cleaned them off and left I had to personally take a towel with acetone to try and clean them off myself )The gentleman asked why I wasn’t doing any other service to my nails and she gestured to him to stop talking so I wouldn’t ask her to do anything else . I had to ask her to at least apply clear polish . I complained about the service to the gentleman there and he told me it’s cos I didn’t do my nails here the first time . I said are you kidding me ,this was the first place I had them done and all the woman that attended to me kept on saying is that I should go home and wash my hands. Just look at them .. after a soak off I didn’t get my cuticles clipped , barely filed and looking horrible . I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING THERE. The nail salon was nice and comfortable. The older lady that helped us was very nice and very easy to talk to, she was very welcoming. I brought two relatives here from New Jersey and California to get a manicure and pedicure and they were more than pleased . Great prices! The only complaint is that the salon was not very clean. I saw trash all along the walls and around the workspaces of nail techs. There’s a lot of powder residue on top of the lamps that sit at the nail tech desks. They should really clean after every customer so it can always be clean. I hope to come back to this place again and hopefully it’s clean.

The shop is beautiful and clean inside But personally I won’t be going back. May it be I love my regular nail salon but it was my first time here all around they were way too rough, on my toes they had cut me at least twice and filed my skin more than my toenails same thing with my acrylic nail set left with cut up cuticles the nails are very thick not my taste and sloppy. not $152 service they wanted to charge me more but I wasn’t very satisfied and I think the knew so they took off $20.

My nail tech didn’t do the shape I want, and they don’t have the color I want. They didn’t do anything about the cuticle, and it hurts when sticking the glue and fake nails. There are residual powder on the table and shelf. They didn’t do cleaning after the nails are done. My nails hurt because the nail tech is trying so hard to use the buffer to do the shape, and it actually hurts my own nails!

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and it was definitely a pleasant experience. I initially went in for a gel manicure, Vincent walked me through so many other options, and I ended up doing a full set of acrylics and a pedi for an awesome price. I’m not the person to normally get my nails done but after the awesome experience at first class nails I’ll be a returning customer. The worst nail salon experience ever! Male tech was so aggressive with my heals that I have a dime size open wound and worried about infection. Allowed their small child to sit with a blaring iPad next to me the entire time. Not exactly a pleasant or relaxing experience.
